Do you charge for travel time to fetch the parts?
In the event that the customer has given us the wrong vehicle information, or has requested us to go ahead with a quoted job on site in which we were not informed of that required a part, we charge a fee of $32+GST = $40
Do I have to pay on the day?
Yes, you must Pay on the day by either Cash, EFT, Mastercard or Visa Card. This does not apply to our registered and approved fleet clients..
How does your pricing work?
We charge a call out fee, and the time the mechanic is with you is charged in 15 minute blocks. We also give quotes for specific repairs. In the event of a quote given, the call out fee / time structure is replaced by the quote. In the event that the customer has asked us to quote on a particular issue, and when the mechanic comes on site and finds that the quoted issue is not the problem, the call out fee and time structure will be charged.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Monday to Friday: Cash, EFT, Mastercard and Visa Card. Fleet customers and upon request general customers may receive approval for bank transfers.
Strictly, No Cheques.
What is the warranty on your work?
All our services and repair work is guaranteed- We never do “just enough” to get you going again. Please ask for specific warrantee periods, depending on the work at hand.
Which makes of car do you repair?
We carry out repairs to all vehicle makes and models – this includes cars, utes, vans and trucks besides Saab and some models of Volvo.


Do you carry out services as well as repairs?
Yes. We can service your vehicle either at your home or work, and we also offer a fleet servicing option if you are a business owner with a fleet of vehicles.
Are your mechanics qualified?
Yes. We only employ fully qualified mechanics and technicians that have been in the trade for 4 years or more.
Are your mechanics contractors or employees?
All of our mechanics are employees, not contractors. They operate from vans branded and supplied by us in order to provide the high customer standards our customers expect and deserve.
How soon can a mechanic get to me?
We can usually organise same or next business day bookings. You can fill out our booking form and request a preferred date, or you can call us on 1800 335 533 to arrange a day and time that suits you. The earlier you call or email the better though.
What are your operating hours?
For breakdowns, we are available by phone between 7am and 7pm. For standard servicing and repairs, we operate between 8am and 5pm, Monday through to Saturday (Excluding public holidays)
What if my vehicle can’t be repaired at home?
We have a tow truck available to take your vehicle to our workshop. We also have a loan car available for your convenience. Please note that conditions apply for both the use of our tow truck and for any loan cars we provide.
